All paint kits are made to order, so returns aren't accepted.
If your kit arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jicreativestudiosllc@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos.

We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund if approved.
Used kits, digital items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
